Design is at the heart of every Viaturn Machine

Over the last 5 years we have invested heavily in design and development. A major element of this has been the development of complex software for our lathes. This is one our most valuable assets and is just one of the areas where we stand out from our competitors.

All our machine beds are made from high grade materials such as GB300 cast iron. Compared to general purpose cast iron, GB300 has a higher alloy content. Our commitment to quality means that we do not compromise and use cheaper alternatives.

We also use U.S. made Timken spindle bearings. Although demand and costs for these bearings are high, we maintain a healthy stock level to reduce lead times.
